How to book rooms or flats with a non-refundable rate:

Payment of the whole stay must be made at the moment of the booking. (No further modifications will be, allowed)

Payment of the whole stay must be made in advance; if you book by contacting us directly (via phone or email), you can pay with credit card or bank transaction. Extras will be eventually added during your stay.
