The Marmarole Apartment (ideal for 4/6 people) is located on the ground floor of La Casetta nelle Dolomiti and has been recently renovated to offer brighter, more comfortable and accessible spaces, thanks to the new external lift platform and enlarged bathroom.

Thanks to recent improvements in accessibility and energy efficiency, the accommodation is now more comfortable, modern and suitable for people with reduced mobility. The lift platform ensures easy and safe access, while the renovated bathroom offers ample and functional space.

Inside, natural wood, large windows and modern furnishings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day in the Dolomites. The two modular bedrooms, fully equipped kitchenette and living room with sofa bed make the apartment practical and comfortable in every season.

Outside, a small terrace overlooking the garden and the large private green space invite you to enjoy the tranquillity of this Dolomite village. Reserved parking ensures easy access and movement.

Cleaning

Final costs €60 (mandatory).

Minimum stay of 3-5-7 nights depending on the season.

Children up to 3 years old stay free if they sleep in their parents’ bed.

Discounts for long stays: 10% for at least 10 nights (not applicable during high season)
